THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
Seven steps separate your car from its miniature. None are automated, none can be skipped. The base is studied, disassembled down to the bare shell, completed with parts that exist nowhere else, repainted to your vehicle's color code, reassembled, and then inspected. Between the first and the last step, the piece passes only through human hands.
This is also why we only work on one piece at a time. Each car presents its own challenges—an impossible-to-find spoiler, a custom color, an interior no manufacturer has ever reproduced—and each is resolved in the workshop before moving on to the next. What follows is exactly what happens there, in order.
1.2 Creation of Unique Components
The customization parts that make your car unique (specific rims, aerodynamic kits, mirror caps) are custom-made either in art resin , via metal photo-etching or by high-precision 3D printing .
02 — DRAWING
The studio composes the design of the piece: background, typography, layout, signage, and copy. You will receive a visual for approval.
As a rule, there is no limit to the number of revisions. You approve it, or we start over.
3- THE CAR
All our work focuses on a single object: the car. We start with a mass-produced scale model, the only existing starting point, and take it apart completely to rebuild it in the image of yours. The shell is stripped bare, missing parts are fabricated to scale, the interior is redone, the bodywork is repainted to your vehicle's color code, and then everything is reassembled.
This is where the resemblance is won. A wheel with the wrong design, a similar shade, or a standard interior are enough for you not to recognize your car, and you will recognize it before you have even looked at it. Therefore, we only work on one piece at a time, until there are no more discrepancies left.
1.3 Excellent Colorimetry
Our workshop meticulously applies the exact paint color to your vehicle. Using the factory color code with an airbrush guarantees color accuracy and a flawless bodywork finish worthy of fine art.
3.2 — CUSTOM-MADE PARTS
Spoiler, front splitter, diffuser, rims, calipers: everything that distinguishes your car from the standard model is 3D modeled from your photos, then printed in high-definition resin. For parts that are produced in multiple copies, a custom silicone mold is made and the pieces are cast one by one. Each part is then sanded, primed, and hand-fitted to the body.
3.3 — THE INTERIOR
It's the part that no one thinks to look at, and the one that betrays a mass-produced miniature. Upholstery, stitching, seatbelts, steering wheel, screens, door sills: the interior is replicated to match yours, even the details that will only be visible through a window.
3.4 — COLORIMETRY
Primer, thin airbrushed coats, allowed to dry completely between each one, clear coat, polishing. The shade is reconstituted according to the manufacturer's code and then compared to your photos under neutral lighting before approval.
3.5 — CAR ASSEMBLY
Interior, windows, lights, running gear, bodywork: the car is reassembled piece by piece, with gaps adjusted until they disappear. At this stage, it no longer owes anything to the model from which it originated.
04 — CONTROL
The piece is examined one last time, dispassionately, as if it were not our own. Grazing light, gloves, magnifying glass: we look for what is wrong. A body panel fit that hesitates, an edge that catches the fingernail, a rim that is misaligned, a break in the varnish's reflection, a speck of dust trapped under the glass. Every flaw found sends the piece back to the workshop, regardless of which stage must be revisited.
The shade is checked last, and never under just one light: in daylight, then under artificial lighting, with your photos placed alongside. A color that is accurate at noon can change by evening; this is precisely what distinguishes a reconstructed shade from a merely approximate one.
05 — FRAMING
The car is secured, the backing placed, the plaque installed, and the glass mounted in a clean-room environment. The frame is closed once and for all: from that point on, no one touches it again.
WHAT CAME OUT OF THE WORKSHOP
Each of these pieces has followed, without exception, the process you have just read about: a base stripped down to the shell, components modeled and then printed or cast in resin, an interior remade, and a color recreated from its owner's photos. None has been made twice, and none ever will be. What you see here is not a catalog; it is what has come out of the workshop.
